Yes local customers can pick up their meal orders from our store at 1910 S. Archibald Ave. Suite O. pick up window is from 2pm-6pm Saturday only

We will not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your meals, please contact melissa@fitmealsdirect.mealpreptech.net. Our goal, is to ensure 100% satisfaction to our customers.

All FMD meals are packaged in microwave safe containers. Remove the lid and place in your microwave. We recommend meals be heated between 1:30 – 2:30 minutes, times may vary based on your meal and microwave.

Please refer to our website. Nutritional values will vary based on your custom order, however our typical range is 300-500 calories per meal.

Each FMD meal is made fresh weekly. They can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 5 days once received.

Yes, we offer volume price break packages. Please click the following link to explore our meal package options.

There is no minimum. However, there is a delivery fee associated with all meal purchases less than $50. Your delivery fee is calculated during your checkout.

No, all FMD meals are sourced and cooked fresh to order.

Place on your door step, the night before your next scheduled delivery.
